Ground strengthening principally associated with a variety of methods including dynamic compaction, vibrofloatation and stone column insertion. We are able to provide advice, site testing through plate bearing capacity, dummy foundation, zoned foundation assessments and reporting.

Underground mine subsidence of existing and planned developments. We are able to provide coal authority risk assessment, desk study assessment, tendering, design and supervision of mine entry location, design and supervision of mine subsidence profiling and the remediation (shaft caping and drill and grounting) through the completion reporting including liasion with the local authority and coal authority.

 

We endeavour to minimise any disruption by designing the most appropriate investigation for the site and outcome(s) required with the information available, instructed and provided.

All of our reports are produced to a professional and high standard, issued initially as a "draft" and upon completion as a "final" report. Additional report formats are available upon request.
