ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES

We are able to to provide EPC (Energy Performance Certificates) for pre-built dwellings for sale, rental as well as park homes and properties for holiday let.

We cover all of the CF, SA and NP postcodes and prices range from £40.00 upwards dependent on property size and location.

​

We also provide pre and post installation EPC for solar Feed in tariff and RHI

GREEN DEAL ADVICE REPORTS

We are able to to provide a full Green Deal Advice Report (GDAR) service for the New Green Deal, Feed in Tariff and Renewable Heat Incentive schemes.

 

Costs are dependent upon the size and location of the property in  addition to the individual requirements.

We are able add bolt-on elements including Ground Source Heating assessments.

FLOOR PLANS & DISPLAY PHOTOGRAPHY

In addition to your EPC we are able to provide you with a professional Floor Plan and display photographs of your property prior to engaging an estate agent.

​

Note: Some estate agents will insist on their own display photographs.
